By accessing or using ChatFlow CRM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ChatFlow CRM is a customer relationship management platform that integrates with the WhatsApp Business API to help businesses manage customer conversations, automate responses using AI, and track orders, leads, and inventory.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform policies when using the WhatsApp integration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate messaging policies.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

5. WhatsApp Integration

The Service uses the Meta WhatsApp Business API. By connecting your WhatsApp Business account, you authorize ChatFlow CRM to send and receive messages on your behalf. You acknowledge that Meta's terms and policies also apply to your use of the WhatsApp integration.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatFlow CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
